We process our Order within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE in 99.9% of cases!
2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from our partnered factories located in China and South Korea. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately as one item may be available before the other! (if you order more than one item). Also different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing!
 
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Order processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 15-25 working days! However, due to the distance between countries, airline transfer services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 45 days. It also depends what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email info@exomonochrome.com for specific shipping times.
 
4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "45 DAYS" - WHY?!
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (South Korea). If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund you guaranteed! ^.^

5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS? 
We ship from different parts of China and South Korea using different couriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. Rest assured that all your items are on its way!

6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may  get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens). We however mark them as low value gifts to mitigate such costs!

7. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.  Please ensure you submit your Unit, Suite or Apartment Number, where applicable.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most parcels will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability
