RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1. I CHANG MY MIND. COULD I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

We do not issue refunds once an order is in creation (made to order items), packaged or has been shipped. This usually takes place within 24 hours.

However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

We offer FREE returns and exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that is a directly result of our actions. For such defects,  please inform us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us for a Return Authorizations Number - Refunds without an authorization number will not be processed. Please do not ship the item back to the distribution centre address.

Lingerie/Swimsuits can't be returned because of hygiene reasons.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?

If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange or refund, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy.
