Where are you located?

We currently two offices: Hong Kong and Toronto, Ontario.

 

When do you ship my order?

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days after your order placed. All orders have tracking number.

 

What is the store's return and exchange policy?

 

You could return and exchange as long as you bear the shipping costs if you just don't like it ^.^

Customers enjoy up to 14 days Exchange or Return Service after the package is delivered. Please review our Refunds / Exchange Policy for more details.

How long will it take to receive your order?

We had partnered up with various international couriers for fast shipment to our customers from US/AU/CA/UK .

 

Order processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 15-25 working days!

 

However, due to the distance between countries, airline transfer services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 45 days. It also depends what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email info@exomonochrome.com for specific shipping times.

 

How do you pay?

You can pay via Credit Card or PayPal. Transactions are super secured and encrypted using Industry Standards.

 

I did get my parcel, what now?

If you do not get your parcel within 60 days, we will refund you or reship you another package, no questions asked.

 

What about Custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens). We however mark them as low value gifts to mitigate such costs!
